Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our platform or purchasing any eSIM products.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of:

  • Our website and mobile applications
  • Your user account
  • eSIM purchases, activations, and related services

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 16 years old, or the legal age of digital consent in your country
  • Legally capable of entering a binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including suspected violations or abuse.

3. Account Registration

To purchase and manage eSIMs, you must:

  • Login with google or Sign in with email.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@acmesim.global

4. eSIM Purchase and Activation

  • eSIM plans vary by country, carrier, and duration
  • Compatibility with your device is your responsibility; we provide tools and instructions, but cannot guarantee function on unsupported devices
  • eSIMs are generally data-only, and do not support SMS or voice unless explicitly stated
  • Once activated, plans cannot be paused, transferred, or reissued

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
  • Prices are shown in local or USD equivalents, inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Tamper with or misuse the eSIM delivery mechanism
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy our software or backend systems
  • Resell eSIMs or use them commercially without our consent

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and legal action if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and materials on our platform are owned or licensed by ACMeSIM and protected under intellectual property laws.

You shall not use, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our service without written permission, except where legally permitted (e.g., fair use).

8. Third-Party Services

Our apps and website may include links or integrate with services operated by third parties (e.g., telecom providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, or performance.

9. Disclaimers

  • We provide the service “as is” and “as available”
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or data speeds, as they depend on telecom partners and device compatibility

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant eSIM plan within the last 6 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of liability — in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.

Upon termination, any unused eSIM plans or account credits shall be forfeited.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll notify users via the app, website, or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of laws.

All disputes will be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations first
  • If unresolved, binding arbitration (or small claims court where permitted)

15. Terms & Conditions

(a)    only use eSIMs and the Mobile Data Service for consumer personal use during short term travel away from the user’s normal country of residence, with no user exceeding more than sixty (60) consecutive days in any one country outside their normal county of residence;

(b)    not use eSIMs or the Mobile Data Services for machine to machine transmission, internet of things based services or in a router or other aggregation device (except tethering such that the User may use their personal mobile device to tether their personal tablet or laptop);     

(c)    not use the Services for any immoral, improper, obscene, defamatory, harmful, offensive or otherwise unlawful purpose;

(d)    not use the Services in any manner which constitutes AIT; and

(e)    only use the Services in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
