After purchasing your country, regional, or global package, please follow the steps in the “User Guide” from the menu. The guide includes instructions for both Android and iOS.
If your eSIM still doesn’t work, you can contact our 24/7 support team for help.
When you open the app for the first time, you’ll get a prompt telling you if your device is eSIM compatible.
You can also check the full list of supported devices in the “Supported Devices” section in the menu.
Note: If your device supports eSIM but the prompt does not appear, you can also check manually by dialing *06#. If your phone shows an “EID,” it means your device supports eSIM.
